So apparently five different models of the older Honda Civics are on this year’s Top 10 stolen vehicles for Canada. Go figure, again it looks like the ‘99, ‘00 model SIR’s are on top with a bunch of the earlier hatches also listed.

In all my geeky glory…here I am announcing thew new version of the firefox browser. to be quite honest i'm still dual running IE6 & firefox…i know there's a plug for firefox so you can do IE within it..but i hear it's slow…

anyways…the new version 1.5 of firefox launched today.

I like interesting gadgets and electronics and this is definitely one of them. Even though it’s for an ::wikipedia(ipod,ipod):: which I certainly do not own…this one is designed for the ipod nano. it’s a set of headphones that the nano can dock directly with allowing for a pretty much wireless experience.

The cost for the headset is relatively inexpensive as far as headphones go and seeing that it docks with the the ipod, I’m assuming you get what you pay for in terms of quality… Continue reading Ipod Nano Docking Headphones

So I’m still having troubles sleeping. I think I get an average of about 4 hours of sleep at night right now…I shall be returning to my doctor this week hopefully there’s something a little bit better for assisting with my sleep.

I’m hoping my physio session tomorrow, or in this case later today goes better and reduces the pain. I understand that it typically becomes more painful before becoming better. However I’d like to know how much more the pain increases before it starts to decrease. Continue reading Sleep Deprived
