Back From Mexico
So I’m back from Mexico. I think I left my heart behind. I’m still processing all the events since every day was so packed, but the impact of building a home for a local family, bringing food out to a squatters camp, hanging out with kids from the local orphanage seriously changes your view on life. Especially when you sit down to dissect the cost of doing all this.
The biggest shock is looking on one side of the highway and seeing ocean front properties fit for a king and on the other side homes constructed of plastic bags, cardboard and sticks for a struggling family.
Once I get back in the groove of things I’ll do a fuller post in the mean time I’ll be working on putting up some pics as they certainly speak louder than words.

Glad you had a great time learning and soaking in there. We have much to be thankful for and much we can do, eh?

Yeah there’s definitely much to be thankful for and much we can do, but I certainly don’t want to just leave it at that. I’d like to actually realize what I can do and go and do it again
